Paid resources
Some good maths resources need a paid subscription. They are listed here for parents and teachers who want to know about them. Nothing here is required, and the main site never asks for payment.
Subscription options
- Scholastic MATH (opens in a new tab) · Classroom magazine with practice problems for grades 6 to 9. Subscription through Scholastic.
- Brilliant (opens in a new tab) · Interactive courses in maths, logic and computer science. Some content is free.
- Art of Problem Solving (opens in a new tab) · Textbooks and online classes for competition maths. It also has a free community forum.
- Transum Mathematics (subscription features) (opens in a new tab) · Most activities are free. Some features, such as class management, need a subscription or school licence.
- MathsPad (opens in a new tab) · Interactive classroom activities. A monthly subscription adds more resources and homework setting.
- Mr Mac Maths (opens in a new tab) · IB Diploma revision notes and videos. The handwritten notes are sold as PDFs.
